§ Mr. Steen
To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will make it his policy that the special conditions attached to the community care special transitional grant are extended to five years from 30 March 1997 and that 90 per cent. of the grant available for purchasing care by the local authority is required to be spent in the independent sector.
