To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many homes of RUC officers were(a) attacked, (b) temporarily vacated and (c) subject to purchase under the special purchase of evacuated dwellings scheme in each RUC divisional area during (i) July and (ii) August. [6095]

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many people have been(a) interviewed and (b) charged in connection with intimidation or attacks at the homes of RUC personnel and their families in each RUC divisional area during (i) July and (ii) August. [6096]

Sir John Wheeler

During the months of July and August a total of 12 people were interviewed in connection with intimidation or attacks at the homes of RUC personnel. Four people were subsequently charged.
