§ Sir Paul BeresfordI have no plans to carry out an assessment related to flammable toxic goods. Substances subject to two or more danger labels are not authorised for carriage through the fixed link. Goods classed as flammable and toxic under international agreements are subject to two danger labels, and are therefore not permitted.
