§ Mr. ClappisonCommitted expenditure under the environmental technology best practice programme on water and effluent projects is currently 41 per cent. Eight per cent. of this expenditure is on projects with a focus on water minimisation; 22 per cent. is on projects with a focus on effluent reduction; and 11 per cent. is on projects that cover both areas.
