§ Mr. KirkhopeThe point which I understand has been of particular interest to North Staffordshire Racial Equality Council was answered by my announcement on 13 November,Official Report, column 242, that the current level of section 11 funding will be maintained until August 1998. Grant recipients have been informed, 594W and we have also written to both Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent councils about the implications of local government reorganisation.
