To ask the President of the Board of Trade if(a) his Department and (b) the industrial tribunals have completed their consideration of the employment provisions contained in the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 with regard to the composition of industrial tribunals hearing cases under that Act; and if he will make administrative arrangements in a manner similar to those pertaining under race relations legislation,
