To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will list for each Department in 1995–96 the percentage of bills paid within 30 days or in accordance with agreed terms. [6719]

The hon. Member will also wish to be aware that my hon. Friend the Economic Secretary to the Treasury will be publishing soon the first league table of Government Departments and their agencies based on the revised monitoring arrangements.
