To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when the chief inspector of the marine accidents investigation branch intends to interview the right hon. Members for Peterborough (Dr. Mawhinney), for South Norfolk (Mr. MacGregor) and for Ealing, Acton (Sir G. Young) and Lord Goschen in connection with his investigation into the Sea Empress disaster.
