§ Mr. FreemanAs a result of this meeting, the Parliamentary Secretary has written to Viscount Goschen reporting the concerns that have been expressed. With the Department of Transport, we propose to review the provisions of the regulations, particularly where they impact on small business, and the scope for improvements. I hope to make a further statement shortly.
