§ Mr. HoramAgreement has now been reached between East London and City health authority and Newham Healthcare NHS trust on a contract for services for 1996–97. The health authority's instructions concerning patients other than clinically urgent cases and women requiring termination of pregnancies ceased to apply on 25 April.
