To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to his oral statement of 25 March,Official Report, columns 711-23, what are the risks referred to by SEAC associated with changing from eating beef to non-beef products. [26450]

As the Spongiform Encephalopathy Advisory Committee's advice stated,no human activity is without some risk", and it is widely acknowledged that there is a variety of health risks associated with food.
