§ Mr. SproatMy Department and the Historic Royal Palaces agency do not have any contracts with Serco Ltd. However, the Royal Parks agency has two contracts the details of which are set out in the list. In neither case would the Royal Parks agency be liable for any penalties in the event that the contract was terminated early.
