§ Mr. Robin SquireDFEE and its agencies have two facilities management contracts with Serco, for head office buildings in London and Runcorn, respectively, for which the Department pays annual management fees. The contracts expire on 31 March 1997 and can be terminated by giving 90 days' notice with no specified penalties.
