§ Mr. HagueThe hon. Member knows from our meeting on 16 April that I am prepared to consider any proposals received for developing the industrial village concept in the programme for the valleys area. My officials will be discussing further with representatives of Neath Port Talbot county borough council the proposals for the Dulais valley which the hon. Member put forward.
