The Secretary of State for Transport has asked me to reply to your recent Questions about Fishes RoyalPQ 1843/95/96Fishes Royal are the responsibility of the Receiver of Wreck who spends approximately 7.5 per cent. of her time on this function with the occasional assistance of local Coastguard Officers. This figure has remained largely unchanged during the last five years. The total cost since 1993, including staff costs, is as follows:
