To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what was(a) the total sum, (b) the amount paid to the London borough of Redbridge, (c) the percentage of the total paid to the London borough of Redbridge and (d) the amount per dwelling in the London borough of Redbridge, in transitional relief in respect of the council tax in each year from 1993–94 to 1995–96.
