§ Mr. HealdThis Department arranges for telemessages to be sent to residents of Great Britain on their 100th birthday, at 105 and yearly thereafter. In 1995, a 135W total of 3,025 such messages were issued at an estimated cost of £74,900, most of which arose from visits by Benefits Agency staff prior to the issue of the messages.
