§ Mr. SoamesOral communication is already taught at the officer training colleges of all three services. The syllabuses are kept under constant review and are subject to change as appropriate by the respective commanding officers. Contrary to recent reports in the press, there are no plans to change the existing oral communication syllabus at the RAF college, Cranwell.
