§ Mr. Ian TaylorThe European Space Agency, ESA, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, have yet to begin formal discussions on Europe's contribution to the refurbishment of the Hubble space telescope, planned for 1999. These are, however, due to take place in the next few months.
