§ Mr. BaldryThe recommendations of the House of Lords Committee on Science and Technology concerning technical conservation measures have already been discussed in meetings between fishermen, scientists and other Government experts. Other aspects of the Committee's report can readily be raised by either party in future contacts between Ministry scientists and the industry.
