To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many employees in the west midlands earned (i) less than £1.50 an hour, (ii) between £1.50 and £2.50 an hour, (iii) between £2.50 and £3.50 an hour, (iv) between £100,000 and £250,000 per annum and (v) more than £250,000 per annum in 1995 prices, in each year since 1979.
