Mr. Touhig

To ask the President of the Board of Trade how many representations his Department has received since 26 February on the Public Interest Disclosure Bill; and (a) how many of these were in favour of the Bill and (b) how many indicated that the Bill would pose an undue burden on business. [25333]

In the period 26 February to 10 April, my Department received 10 letters expressing support for the Bill and none expressing opposition.
