§ Mr. NorrisThe present proposed amendment to the European external projections directive will apply to the type approval of new cars, including car-type four-wheel drive vehicles, and to bull bars for these vehicles which are sold separately. The effect would be to allow a ban of all bull bars with a rigid metal surface for these vehicles.
