§ Mr. Gwilym JonesExisting loans made by British Coal Enterprise will be transferred to the new owners of the business funding activity as part of the sales process; their terms will not be affected by the sale. The terms of any new loans negotiated after the sale is concluded will be a matter for the parties to the loan.
