§ Mrs. Angela KnightMeasuring future pensions and other liabilities on a comparable basis for different countries is not straightforward, but studies have been undertaken by the OECD and others and widely disseminated. These suggest that, compared with other member states, the UK is in a relatively favourable position in this area.
