§ Mr. McAllionTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the planned expenditure falling within the Scottish block of the Government's spending plans in respect of(a) industry, (b) housing, (c) roads and transport, (d) law and order, (e) education, (f) arts and libraries, (g) environmental services, (h) social work services and (i) health, for each of the years 1989–90 to 1994–95 inclusive, the outturn expenditure for 1995–96, the estimated outturn expenditure and for 1996–97, using 1989–90 as the base year for comparison and excluding expenditure on additional functions taken on as a responsibility by the Secretary of State since 1989–90, and adjusting for transfers between programmes.
