To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if she will place the non-London metropolitan local education authorities in rank order of expenditure per pupil at (a) primary and (b) secondary level for the years (i) 1993–94, (ii) 1994–95, (iii) 1995–96 and (iv) 1996–97. [23705]
