To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is the number of prisoners who have failed to return from authorised leave from each male category C prison and have subsequently been caught or returned voluntarily since 14 December 1994. [24097]

Responsibility for this matter has been delegated to the Director General of the Prison Service, who has been asked to arrange for a reply to be given.
