§ Mr. Howard[holding answer 1 March 1996]: I have placed a note in the Library setting out the readily available information on ministerial visits sought by the hon. Member. The list of visits includes the details requested for the period since 1 January 1995. The details requested for the period prior to that date are not held centrally and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
