§ Mr. HoramSome 24 staff were employed at the National Blood Authority headquarters at 1 March 1996. The National Blood Authority's estimates for 1996–97 include some £1.8 million for the costs of its headquarters. This includes costs such as rental, administrative and equipment costs, as well as staff salaries.
