To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what reports he has received from UNSCOM about the involvement of Iraqi spies in its investigations. [40257]

It would not be appropriate to comment on the details of our co-operation with UNSCOM. We deplore all instances of Iraqi failure to co-operate with UNSCOM as required under the terms of UN Security Council resolution.
