§ Mr. HagueMy predecessor informed the House on 7 July 1994,Official Report, column 465, that it was expected to be possible to wind up the Cardiff Bay development corporation by the end of 1999. This remains the position. Consultations with the appropriate unitary local authorities will open after the reorganisation of local government.
