§ Mr. MaloneTrent regional health authority will be abolished on 31 March 1996. A number of the functions of the RHA will be carried out by the Trent regional office of the NHS executive. The regional office will occupy the headquarters of the former RHA at Fulwood house, Sheffield. Because the space requirements for the regional office's 135 staff will be smaller than for the RHA, negotiations are under way for Sheffield health authority to take over the freehold for the site and to lease part of the site to the regional office.
