§ Mr. HanleyConsular staff in London, Ankara and Marmaris worked closely with the Civil Aviation Authority and Villmar Travel's agents in Turkey, Gentur, to help the stranded passengers. Whilst Gentur assumed 63W primary responsibility, consular staff intervened to persuade local hotels to accept the CAA's guarantee of payment.
