§ Mr. AncramApplication forms for sheep and suckler cow quota in respect of the 1995 reserves are expected to be available before the end of 1995.
19WThe opening of these reserves has been delayed because, together with the UK Agriculture Departments, we have been putting into place arrangements to deal with the outcome of a judicial review which found that the administration of part of the 1993 reserve process in the UK has been unlawful. This judgment had repercussions on the supply of quota for subsequent reserve years and it was essential to consider these implications in advance of opening the 1995 reserves.
