Mr. Morgan

To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage what is her current estimate of the total allocation of national lottery proceeds for the Millennium Commission; and if she will give a regional breakdown of the allocations made so far from the Millennium Commission. [38762]

[holding answer 23 October 1995]: The Millennium Commission receives a fifth of the allocation for the good causes. As at Friday 20 October, the Millennium Commission's allocation stood at £223.9 million.

The regional breakdown for the 81 Millennium Commission awards to date is as follows:
