To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what was the cost in 1994, in Humberside and the three counties of Yorkshire, of payments under(a) the environmentally sensitive areas scheme, (b) the nitrate sensitive areas scheme, (c) the farm and conservation grant scheme, (d) the pilot beef and sheep extensification schemes, (e) the woodland grant scheme, (f) the farm woodland premium scheme, (g) the orchard grubbing scheme, (h) the optional five-year set-aside scheme, (j) the habitat scheme, (j) the habitat scheme, (k) the moorland scheme, (l) the countryside access scheme and (n) the organic aid scheme; and what is his estimate of the cost in 1995.
