To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how much was paid from the national health service revenue budget in Scotland to meet capital charges in each of the most recent five year. [38800]

Each year the revenue budget is increased by the total estimated capital charges for NHS bodies in Scotland.

The capital charges allocation for each of the most recent five years is as follows:
