To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the arrangements made by Ayrshire and Arran health board to administer its public relations and communications since 1987, the names of agencies employed by the health board to undertake these duties during this period, the tendering process involved in awarding these contracts and the monetary value of contracts awarded to these agencies.
