§ Mrs. BrowningMy Department has no plans for setting up such a course. The National Proficiency Test Council already offers a certificate of competence in the safe use and handling of veterinary medicines. This covers the safe use and proper disposal of all veterinary medicines. A copy of a leaflet about the certificate is being placed in the Library of the House.
