To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage if she will list, by location, buildings of historical importance that are currently being renovated in Humberside and in each of the three counties of Yorkshire; and if she will make a statement. [39001]

This information is not held centrally and could be supplied only at disproportionate cost. The numbers of grade I and II buildings in these counties in receipt of repairs grants from English Heritage, for instance, number in excess of 100 in 1994–95 and 1995–96 to date.
