§ Mr. NorrisMy right hon. Friend the Member for Peterborough (Dr. Mawhinney) asked for a study on several aspects of the crossrail project, including its structure and ownership under the railway privatisation arrangements, central London employment forecasts, and the advantages and disadvantages of possible small-scale alternatives to it. Ministers will be considering the results of the study when it has been completed.
