§ Mr. HagueThe attention of Welsh Office officials was drawn to the fact that Grosvenor Waterside, a subsidiary of Associated British Ports, might become a member of the trust. It was agreed that the company should not be represented on the trust until such time as the terms of purchase of the land had been formally agreed.
