§ Mr. Roger EvansThere are no plans to introduce dedicated training to Benefits Agency staff specifically on the problems faced by asthma sufferers on low incomes. The agency is not aware of any particular problems asthma sufferers have encountered with the service provided by its staff.
Should information be received which indicates otherwise, the agency will consider what action, if any, is appropriate.
