§ Mr. SoamesAll RAF Waddington's fire crash and rescue personnel are fully trained—and continue to receive refresher training—in hydrazine emergency handling procedures. Apart from a minor incident on 17 October 1995, which was successfully handled in accordance with standard procedures, there have been no other incidents involving hydrazine at RAF Waddington in the past three years.
