§ Mr. BaldryNo nuclear waste has been disposed of in the Beaufort dyke. Very low-level radioactive waste was disposed of in the Hurd deep from 1950 to 1963. Full details are contained in "Report of the Independent Review of Disposal of Radioactive Waste in there Northeast Atlantic" by Professor F. G. T. Holliday. This report was placed in the Library of the House on publication in 1984.
