To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security when he expects to receive the report from the advisory body on the review of the Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema Regulations; and if he will make a statement. [36740]

I understand that the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council expects to complete its review and submit a report to Ministers in the new year. The Government will consider carefully any recommendations that the council makes.
