§ Mr. NorrisThis incident concerned the spillage of approximately half a litre of benzyl chloride from a road tanker while leaving the vessel Sally Eurolink at Ramsgate. The incident was satisfactorily dealt with by 463W the crew, and the lorry continued its journey. The incident did not demonstrate any deficiencies in the current procedure under the emergency schedule in the international maritime dangerous goods code.
