§ Mrs. Angela KnightUnder the Treasury's own pay delegation, all staff who will not be members of the new senior civil service will be dealt with as a single group. The Treasury's departmental industrial relations agreement provides for discussions between management and the departmental trade union side on matters including pay and conditions.
