§ Mr. BoswellNo central record has been kept of the number of public interest immunity certificates issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food since 1986, and this could be drawn up only at disproportionate cost. However, a recent search of the files going back to 1992 has identified one certificate which has been issued since that date.
